Let down by SFX
It was pretty good in terms of action and the music was fine, But a lot of the time I felt like their should've been more SFX (Like enviroment, Sounds when they hit the floor and eachother and the Jetpack boots were silent, That was a little unerving) Besides that, A good peice, Keep practicing!
I agree. I'm not very good at sound effects. =|
Blehh..
Sorry, Could'nt watch any of it without thinking "This is such a big Salad Finger's rip off.." Would have been a good movie, with a bit of a different style, though.
As I told another reviewer, I don't see much similarity to Salad Fingers. Too bad you couldn't watch it for what it is.
Interesting
A great concept, But needs a lot of work and bug fixing to really win me over, For example:
- The drawing SFX can get a little repetitive and annoying, Also the sound seems to go off after a while at random intervals.
- It seemed a little confusing that I ran out of ink, Still with perfect acess to the next "Token" but it was still game over? Perhaps a power-up that gives the player some ink back or similar with a gameover after Ink has run out AND the token has been missed.
Besides that, I really liked this game, Lots of replay value and genuine fun, Keep up the good work!
Up and down
The graphics were fine as was the speed of play and the ease of controls, But I have to say the music was way too repetitive, The loops were too small and you could tell when they looped, Besides that, A good game, Nice work
Interesting
Isnt that EJay your using there? I remember the loops from a while back, Still, A good mix of them, Try upgrading to FruityLoops or Reason when you feel ready, Good luck
Good untill the build-up
I liked the beggining, It seemed to be leading up somewhere, But your build-up around 0:18 mashed a lot of the instruments together with some weak mastering, Then it seemed to recover slightly, Fix that part and then bring out lead instruments and soften weaker ones, The beat itself is pretty good, Keep working on it and Good luck
yeah, I now, I'm remaking it without the massive mess at the beggining, should be alot better.
